The results indicated that the institution played a significant role in supporting policies and managing the project systematically and continuously (????̄ = 4.83, S.D. = 0.42). Regarding personnel, faculty members, students, and teachers were found to be crucial in implementing the project effectively (????̄ = 4.36, S.D. = 0.79), with faculty members demonstrating the highest competence in organizing academic service activities, while student participation still required enhancement. The project had a positive impact on teachers, mentors, and alumni, enhancing their knowledge, innovative thinking skills, and ability to design and utilize educational media (????̄ = 4.60–4.74). Similarly, student teachers improved teamwork, problem-solving skills (????̄ = 4.63), and educational innovation skills (????̄ = 4.78), and developed awareness of their role in community development (????̄ = 4.79).
In conclusion, the academic service project positively affected all participant groups, fostering knowledge, skills, attitudes, and social responsibility, thereby enhancing their capacity to apply knowledge and innovations to improve teaching quality and community development.
